Failures

I spent a few days in Napier last week, I took my 4x5 camera on the trip, wanting to photograph some of the lovely Art Deco buildings. I shot 12 sheets in the end, but when it came to developing, I was disappointed.

I shot 10 sheets using my Fujinon 90mm f/8, which I like as a wide lens, but 7 of the sheets taken with it turned out blank, which looks like the shutter did not fire. Now I need to work out if it is something I did wrong or if the shutter is not working properly on my lens. I will update once I have learned more!

An update! The shutter on my lens is stuck, shutter noises but the shutter does not open and close :-( At least I now understand what the problem was.
