Harakeke Experiments

While I was in Hastings in April I went to an art exhibition at the local Art Gallery and was fascinated to see photographic works printed on Harakeke (flax) paper. I wondered if I could print images using cyanotype onto this type of paper. I was lucky enough to find Paperscape who make various types of paper and could supply a range of sizes and weights of paper. I have been doing some experiments and think I have found a few options that work. I plan on making a series of images over the course of the next few months.
