Tantallon Castle

Another of the many castle ruins around Scotland. I walked to Tantallon Castle from North Berwick and spent a few hours wandering around the castle and grounds. The castle dates back to the mid-14th century and has a fascinating history. As with many of the ruins in Scotland it is not fully open with safety inspections ongoing. On the way back I stopped at The Drift cafe which I can highly recommend. These images were shot on my Chamonix 4×5 camera on Ilford FP4 film on a 90mm lens and as usual developed at Photosynthesis.
